Marriage and Family Therapy

Life can feel heavy sometimes, I help to make it feel a little bit lighter. Through the lens of Marriage and Family Therapy, I support growth through life’s turning points here in the Denver Metro area. My work centers on the evolving landscape of identity, connection to self and others, and the timeless questions of what it means to be human.

I create a space where you can feel grounded, supported, and invited to bring your whole self. I meet clients with curiosity and care, helping to untangle the knots of transition and change with steadiness and compassion. I believe that trust grows through honesty and connection, and that even in times of uncertainty, small shifts can open the way to meaningful new possibilities.
