A bride laughing happily during her wedding ceremony, holding a bouquet of flowers, wearing a strapless wedding dress, pearl necklace, and veil, with guests in the background.

I was once a bride, just like you. Navigating family politics, strategizing seating charts, trying to capture the essence of my relationship through stylized invitations, dress colors, flower arrangements, and party favors, all while trying to keep the romance alive with my partner along the way. Although wedding planning is exhilarating and brings joy, being a bride can feel lonely and sometimes stir up stress, pressure, and unexpected emotions like grief and guilt. Does this sound like you?

The Bride Support Group is a space to slow down, breathe, and focus on you, not just the event. Together, we’ll explore the emotional side of engagement, navigate stress and perfectionism, and build tools for communication and self-care and build a community with others going through what you’re going through.
